Ever since I was old enough to hold a pencil all I wanted
to do was draw. Growing up in Cornwall, I spent my childhood surrounded by animals and loved them all (with the exception of Dandy, a particularly grumpy donkey who would chase me around the field at every opportunity!)

Professionally trained, I studied at Epsom school of Art and Design, working for many years in London as a designer and illustrator on many exciting accounts. I perfected my drawing skills visualising ideas for advertising and design agencies.

Working from my garden studio, I’m delighted now to be dedicating my time to pet portraiture. There aren’t many things more satisfying than picking up my coloured pencils and creating a likeness of someone’s much loved pet, or receiving feedback from a happy customer when they see the finished drawing.
